I never win anything, but I try!

I never win anything but it's not for a lack of trying.  I figure someone has to win.  Right? The same month we are closing on our new cottage named Duck Head the company Duck Head Apparel is relaunching their brand that was established in 1865.  Nice coincidence!  I liked them on Facebook so I keep seeing contests for beer coozies, etc.  Then last week I saw this one.  For a hat!  I love hats.  As does my husband.  There's nothing like a wearing a hat in a boat to shield your eyes and face from the sun and I couldn't think of a better hat to own.  We needed to win.  Well, we wanted to win.  I quickly started writing my response.  Checked it with hubby and sent it in.  Below is my response (under KMM) along with the others that participated.  


How do you like to cool off on a hot Southern summer day? The person with the best response gets a free Duck Head hat. We'll announce the winner on June 4 at 5pm. Good luck!

  KB I love cooling off by enjoying a nice sweet tea, lounging by a river or even possibly canoeing in it. Or possibly even as I'm floating along the river in a tube staring at all that beautiful greenery and listening to the wonderful sounds of the world all the while hopefully in a future Duckhead shirt.
